Inspired by subjective explorations, abstract forms coupled with an inner vision goad Swati to explore newer vistas as she tries to break the shackles of visual references. In her landscape or cityscape she seeks a visual language of form, colour and line that exists with a degree of independence. That the idea of the creator of the universe is abstract gives the artist great freedom to rummage into His creations and nurture her own ideas. Despite correlation and dependence natural forms are destroyed and new ones created--- a perennial process. A tragic exultation pervades all her works.
